If you cannot sign in, the cause is usually one of a handful of things. Work through these in order. Most sign-in problems are fixed in a minute or two.
Check how you signed up
Braandly supports signing in with an email and password, with Google, or with Facebook. If you created your account with Google or Facebook, use that same button to sign in.
A social account has no password unless you have set one, so entering a password just fails. If you see a note that your email is registered with Google, click Continue with Google instead. If you used Facebook, click Continue with Facebook.
Check your email and password
- Email not registered. No account exists for that email. Check for typos, or create an account if you are new.
- Incorrect password. The password is wrong. Braandly warns you before the account locks, so try again carefully, or reset your password rather than guessing.
Reset your password
If you have forgotten your password, reset it:
- On the sign-in screen, click Forgot password.
- Enter your email and submit.
- Check your email for a reset code, enter it, and set a new password.
Your new password needs at least 8 characters and must include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number. If you signed up with Google and have never set a password, sign in with Google first, then set one from your settings. For the full walkthrough, see how to reset a forgotten password.
If your account is temporarily locked
After repeated failed password attempts, Braandly locks the account for a short time to protect it. Wait a little while and try again, or reset your password in the meantime so you have the correct one ready.
A temporary lock clears on its own, so you do not need to contact support for it. Resetting your password is the fastest way back in.
If your account is blocked
A blocked account is different from a temporary lock. If you see that your account has been blocked, it will not clear on its own. Contact support so the team can look into it.
Changing your password while signed in
If you are already signed in and want to change your password, do it from your account settings. Your new password must be different from your current one and meet the same strength rules. Changing it signs you out on all your other devices, so you will need to sign in again there.
Do you still need to verify your email?
You can sign in before your email is verified. If Braandly asks you for a verification code right after login, that is the email-verification step, not a login failure. Enter the code from your email to continue. See verify your email with an OTP.
Still stuck?
- Try a different browser or an incognito window to rule out a cached session.
- Make sure cookies and site data are allowed, since Braandly uses them to keep you signed in.
- If none of this works, contact support with the email you use to sign in.
