Subscribe to a paid plan

Braandly has four plans: Starter, which is free, and the paid tiers Plus, Pro, and Ultimate. Subscribing raises your workspace limits and turns on the paid features. This guide covers where to subscribe and what to expect at checkout.

Where to subscribe

There are three places to start, and they all reach the same checkout:

  • The pricing page on the Braandly site, which you can use before or after signing up.
  • Your billing settings inside the app. Open settings and go to Billing & Subscription, then click Upgrade.
  • Onboarding, if you are setting up a new account and reach the plan step.

You will also see an Upgrade prompt whenever an action runs into a plan limit. That opens the same plan picker with the relevant limit explained.

Choose your plan and billing cycle

  1. Open the plan picker from any of the places above.
  2. Choose Monthly Pricing or Annual Pricing at the top. Annual is selected by default and costs less over a year.
  3. Pick your tier and click Select Plan. If you already have a paid plan, the button reads Upgrade, Downgrade, or Switch to yearly depending on the change.
  4. Complete checkout.

Your current plan and cycle are labelled Current Plan and cannot be selected again.

How payment is handled

You do not choose a payment provider. Braandly picks one based on the country on your account, which also sets your currency. If you already have a paid subscription, any change stays with the provider that subscription is already on.

Give the plan picker a moment to load before clicking. If your subscription details are still loading, checkout waits rather than starting on the wrong provider. See payment methods for what each provider supports.

After you pay

Once your provider confirms the payment, your plan turns on and the new limits apply. You get a confirmation email, an in-app notification, and your plan's AI credits are added.

What happens after payment covers confirming it worked, finding your invoice, and what to do if the plan does not appear right away.

What you get on Starter

Starter is free and does not expire. New accounts receive a one-time bonus of 100 AI credits after verifying their email, which is enough to try the AI features. Starter has no recurring credit allowance, so day-to-day AI use needs a paid plan. See AI credits and limits.

Changing your mind later

You can move between tiers or switch billing cycle at any time. An upgrade applies as soon as payment is confirmed. A downgrade is scheduled for the end of your current period, so you keep what you paid for.
