The activity log shows what has been happening in your workspace, so you can see recent changes at a glance. This guide explains what it records and where to find it.
What the activity log records
The log captures key actions across your workspace, each with who did it and when. Recorded actions cover:
- Creating, updating, deleting, and completing items.
- Across brands, Brinks, palettes, gradients, fonts, colours, tasks, projects, docs, and the workspace itself.
Each entry reads as a person, an action, and the item it affected, with a short description and a timestamp.
Where to find it
Recent activity appears on your workspace dashboard, and on member profiles for what a specific person has done. It is scoped to the workspace you are in, so you see activity for that workspace only.
What guests see
Guests have a limited view. A guest only sees activity for the projects and tasks they have access to, not everything happening across the workspace.
Use the activity log to catch up after time away, or to check what changed on a brand or project without asking around. New activity can take a moment to appear, so give it a few seconds if you just made a change.
